The earthX ETX series is fully protected by an integrated battery management system (BMS) that protects the battery cells from overcharging, deep discharge, short circuit and excessive temperature and ensures that the state of charge of the cells is balanced. The battery is designed for 550ci engine power / 80Amp alternator.

In addition, our ETX Hundred series aircraft batteries feature redundant electronic circuitry and a battery fault indicator. The fault indicator can be connected to your EFIS or connected to a 12-volt LED indicator on your control panel to alert you to the battery's state of charge and health.
