Charge controller for charging a buffer battery and 2-4 aircraft batteries with timer. The buffer battery is always charged by the solar cells and then feeds the battery charging circuits via a timer. The timer is set to 15 hrs total charge, after which it switches off automatically to significantly increase battery life. The charging status of the on-board batteries is indicated via the charging circuit LEDs.
